Going further down you reach the huge patio area which gets lots of sun and is ideal for entertaining or for children to play. The views from here are fantastic and a great feature of this property.



Opposite the entrance to the house there is a store shed on the right in which you can keep all your garden equipment and tools. The porch area has pretty Spanish tiles and a hanging space for coats. You then enter under an archway into the open-plan kitchen/dining room/living area which has a wood burning stove and plenty of windows which let in lots of light. The kitchen has all the usual appliances including oven, washing machine and dish washer and plenty of cupboard space. The owners have said that the contents are all included in the sale, (barring just a few personal possessions). There is a large dining table and plenty of seating in a lovely open living area. The floor is tiled with smart terracotta tiles, and there is some feature stone-work surrounding the wood stove.
