This exceptional finca is located in the municipality of Huéscar and is accessible by a 1km road that connects the city of Huéscar with Santiago de la Espada. The total private property is no less than 250 hectares and is located in the nature reserve of Sierra De Cazorla.

This area has a high mountain climate, which means that there are very cold winters with frequent snowfall and rather cool and pleasant summers. The region has more than ten mountain peaks with a height of more than 1800 meters.
